Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the dOSe mobile application (“App”) provided by Hermes Research LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using dOSe, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
dOSe is a personal organization tool for tracking peptide and supplement protocols, inventory, and related data. The App provides tools for logging doses, managing vial inventory, calculating reconstitution math, and tracking weight.
3. Not Medical Advice
dOSe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The information in the peptide library is for educational and research reference purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or stopping any supplement or peptide protocol. We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the App.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
dOSe offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly Premium: $6.99 per month
- Annual Premium: $49.99 per year
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
5. Free Features
Free users have access to the reconstitution calculator, dose logging, inventory management, and a limited selection of the peptide library (3 compounds). Free users may create up to 1 protocol. Additional protocols and full library access require a premium subscription.
6. Your Data
You own your data. All information you enter into dOSe is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content
- Use the peptide library content for commercial purposes without permission
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, brand elements, and peptide research profiles, is the property of Hermes Research LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Reconstitution calculations are provided as a convenience tool — always verify calculations independently before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
